The Retreat
An Opportunity to Reflect, Reframe, and Nurture Your Growth

Imagine two days in a beautiful setting.
Surrounded by a dozen people you have chosen to learn with.

Now think about the conversations you’d love to have – conversations that foster growth – with your Dream Team.

Breakthroughs happen. Problems get solved. Possibilities open. We reconnect with what brings us energy, passion and purpose. We have fun.

Key Ingredients

  • The group and why them? The convenor’s vision and hopes.
  • The venue – important to feel at home and well cared for. Not too big. Not too small. Just right (14 rooms). Good food. Someplace close to nature.
  • The teacher

How It Works

  • Imagine your group and broad purpose.
  • We find dates.
  • You invite your group (max 12).
  • I will have 1:1 with everyone in advance – start getting to know everyone, their context, and their intentions and wishes. This is my ethnography from which I can pull themes and patterns and design for those. There will also be a little pre-work for you in terms of honing your intention in the form of a question.
  • My role as teacher is to facilitate your learning journey. I will design and facilitate a process…a two-day conversation really.  A broad variety of inputs – concepts, frameworks, stories, questions- will be springboards for dialogue and reflection…whole group, small group, and self.
  • The event itself starts with dinner the first evening, then two whole days, leave at leisure day four (eg Thursday evening to Sunday morning).
